Returns & Exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 120 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Login to our online return portal here using your order number and email address. Your order number can be found on your confirmation email.
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
  3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
  4. Send your items back to us using the label provided

Additional Information:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method & usually show up within 2-5 days.
  • Typically you will see your refund in 3-5 days after we process your refund.
  • If your order was lost or damaged during shipping after purchase, please contact us at hello@sugarsidewalk.com

As always, returns are free. Please contact us here to request a return. We will send you an email with your prepaid shipping label and return instructions.

We ask that items returned are unworn or unused and if possible are in their original packaging. 

Once we receive your return in our studio, we will contact you and process your refund. We refund your original payment method.
