What is the difference between Retail & Wholesale Prices?

Wholesale pricing is 50% lower than retail pricing. 

What is your order minimum?

Order minimum is $150 USD * We are currently waiving our order minimum to help business owners during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Do you offer credit terms?

Your first wholesale order must be paid in full before shipping. Subsequent orders can be purchased with net 30 payment terms.

How much is Shipping?

Wholesale orders ship UPS Ground. 

Expedited Shipping is available and is priced based on carrier pricing. 

Do you ship Wholesale Internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping via USPS or UPS. 

How long before my wholesale order ships?

Wholesale Orders ship 10-14 business days from date of purchase. In some cases, large orders or time of year will increase this time frame and we will let you know before you order if we need extra time to make your items.

What is your Wholesale return policy?

Our return policy for wholesale is the same as our retail policy. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. If you aren't happy with what you purchased, contact us within 3 business days. We will arrange for your products return & process your refund as soon as we get them back. 

How do I sign up for Wholesale?

Signing up as a wholesale customer is free. In order to buy in wholesale quantities and at a discount you need to:

1. Create a customer account here: register

2. Request an account conversion to wholesale by emailing us at wholesale@sugarsidewalk.com

3. Include your business name, website, tax ID and resale tax certificate (if you are in WA state) for verification.

We will email you once your wholesale account is approved and set up.

After your application has been approved, every order you place must meet the following criteria to qualify for a wholesale discount.

• you must be signed in to your customer account
• your order minimum is met if applicable
